Oh my gosh!!! If you've been following this you know that I have been doing the Couch to 5K program... this is a 9 week program teaching how to be able to run. Well... I completed Week 4 yesterday and start 5 tomorrow. Tonight I wanted to get out to clear my head and get in just 15 min of cardio... so I went to Gmaps pedometer and plotted out 1.2 miles... I planned on walking the first .2 miles as a warm-up and then running .25 miles and alternating that for the whole time. Well... I walked the .2 miles and then started my jog... I went the .25 miles and then... I kept going!!! Tonight I ran 1 mile!! The whole entire way!!! I couldn't believe it!! It is so amazing what this challenge has done for me!
